ScanSource Inc. today announced the expansion of its professional services support to partners selling in the contact center and unified communications spaces. The company is introducing several third party partnerships to address the growing demand for more focused, in-depth advisory services that will continue to support partners’ UCaaS and CCaaS business growth. The new relationships are in support of the company’s recent announcement regarding the closing of its Salesforce implementation and consulting business, Canpango.
The third party contact center consulting companies — PPT Solutions, Epic Connections and Vesuvitas — provide an array of scalable, cost-effective solutions to support ScanSource and Intelisys partners. Services include sourcing and migration strategies, contact center strategic assessments, cloud infrastructure implementation, business optimization and performance management. VARs and agents will have access to valuable resources while in the discovery phase with their end user customers looking to migrate to newer technologies.
