HSM Buys ACS Security Accounts
HSM (Honeywell Security Monitoring), Jupiter, Fla., has purchased the commercial alarm accounts of ACS Security, Los Angeles, including key commercial accounts in HSM’s Santa Ana and San Diego markets.
“The ACS acquisition is part of our plans to double the company’s size in the next three years,†declared James Covert, HSM’s chairman and CEO. HSM has 49 offices in more than 75 of the largest metropolitan markets in 32 states.
