RFI Security, San Jose, Calif., received Five Diamond Certification from the Central Station Alarm Association, Vienna, Va. The certification means that 100 percent of RFI Security’s central station operators have passed the CSAA central station operator training course level I. Among other requirements, Five Diamond Certification demonstrates a company’s responsibility to its local community and customers, through an investment of time, money and commitment to quality training for all operators. Fewer than 100 central stations have Five Diamond Certified status.
