Video Surveillance Training Launched

A training and continuing education program for security and video surveillance professionals has been launched by Panasonic Security Systems, Secaucus, N.J., titled Panasonic Security Training University or “P-Tech.”

Although P-Tech will be based from the company’s headquarters in Secaucus, satellite campuses will be located across the United States. P-Tech provides training on various levels of systems integration and product implementation.

Initial sessions cover an introduction to video surveillance, industry trends and hot topics, and detailed overviews on systems products. In addition to classroom-based training, P-Tech also will offer web-based training. P-Tech’s curriculum and schedule are available at www.panasonic.com/security.
