The acquisition is said to amplify's capabilities in delivering advanced security technologies across various international markets.

Integrating with EBS smart communicators will expand’s support for legacy security control panels that are widely deployed in international markets, according to the announcement. This is said to provide service providers with a cost-effective solution for efficiently deploying the company’s advanced connected property solutions.
