Titan Security Group Buys Prudential Security, Expands to 14 States
Titan Security Group, a provider of guarding services and electronic security solutions, announced it has completed the acquisition of the security staffing operation of Prudential Security, a security solutions provider based in Taylor, Mich.
Based in Chicago, Titan is a portfolio company of private equity firm Quad C Management.

Titan’s acquisition of Prudential adds over 700 team members to its brand and expands the company’s existing service area to 14 states: Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Alabama, Kansas, Mississippi, North Carolina, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Security ProAdvisors represented Prudential Security in the transaction.
