Co-founder of SLP Capital Forms The Edmonds Group
Henry M. Edmonds, co-founder of SLP Capital, has formed The Edmonds Group LLC, which provides consulting and investment banking services to middle market companies.
The Edmonds Group’s focus will be on assisting companies in raising senior debt, subordinated debt, or equity. The company will also help clients identify, evaluate, and complete acquisitions. Services will include consulting with clients to help them evaluate key business risks and develop a clear business strategy so they can determine the amount of capital required and the optimal capital structure.
