PureTech Systems Inc., Phoenix, has created a strategic advisory board. Comprising experts in aviation, seaports, military, engineering, computer/video technology and business, the board is designed to provide PureTech leaders strategic business and market insights. The group’s first meeting took place Feb. 17, 2006 in Phoenix.
The board will provide independent and collective advice and support on a wide range of issues, including strategy, marketing, industry trends, technology and operations. It also will also assist in fostering relationships with the company’s target audiences, helping educate the marketplace about PureTech’s security capabilities.
“Each member brings a powerful blend of insights and skill sets that will help propel us forward. Together, the board will be instrumental in fostering further momentum for the company, providing counsel, strategic direction and important relationship-building opportunities,†said Larry Bowe, president of PureTech Systems.
The board is made up of six members, including Jack Elliott, the chief operating officer of Pure Technologies Ltd., PureTech Systems’ parent company.
