Cyrus Choobineh, senior sales engineer for BroadWare Technologies, Santa Clara, Calif., demonstrates to security dealers, systems integrators, end users, architects and engineers at a meeting in Chicago how his and three other company’s products can work together to provide networked video surveillance. The three other companies participating in “Video, Security & Integration Summit 2006” were Axis Communications, Chelmsford, Mass.; Cernium, Reston, Va.; and Extreme CCTV, Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. The meeting showed how Extreme CCTV’s cameras can be connected to Axis’ video servers. Broadware demonstrated its different types of software to put video on an IP network, and Cernium explained its video analytics.
