K&G Spectrum’s SR-360 is a 360-degree radar-based perimeter intrusion detection system (PIDS). The unit features a millimeter-wave radar that is physically smaller than conventional radar and creates a defined detection area with better immunity against weather and harsh environmental conditions, the company says. PIDS was designed for perimeter/area intrusion detection applications. The radars are based on a patented spread-spectrum technology core, with additional layers of modularized hardware/software functions to provide tailored support for a wide range of security systems.K&G Spectrum
