Alarm Capital Alliance Acquires Bulldog Security Services

Bulldog Security Services Inc. of Dacula, Ga., announced the sale of its accounts to Alarm Capital Alliance (ACA) of Newtown Square, Pa. Jason Grelle, vice president of business development of ACA, said, “This well-run company of over 1,200 customers is a perfect fit for our existing business in the Atlanta area.” Michael Jones, president of Bulldog, said, “We were looking for a good match to take care of our customer base and ACA has the team to do so. This is truly a win-win-win situation in which ACA, Bulldog and our customers all win. What can be better than that?” Assisting Mike Jones in the sale of Bulldog to ACA was Steve Rubin, Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group.
