Aside from the missing screw, the wires are protruding from both the top and the bottom of the terminal strip. In addition, wires are all on one side of the pressure plate causing an uneven tightening of the screw and the plate. Lastly, there are several different types of wire being used on this control panel. (Note: this installation was done in 1988, and the wire was unjacketed twisted pair wire with no UL listing marks on it.)
