STANLEY Security recently presented the police department of Fishers, Ind., with a donation of $10,000 in honor of fallen K-9 Harlej, who passed away in November 2019. Harlej was shot and killed by a suspect during a manhunt after following him into a wooded area. The man was later apprehended by Harlej’s handler, Fishers Patrolman Jarred Koopman.
