DMP is seeking qualified candidates to fill a wide variety of employment positions. To recruit qualified team members, this month and next, DMP is hosting two job fairs with onsite tours and management interviews.

July 14: 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Aug. 5: 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.

DMP’s located at 2500 N. Partnership Blvd., in the Partnership Industrial Center in northeast Springfield.

At an all-company, DMP CEO Rick Britton spoke about the company’s growth, thanking employees for their contributions and announcing a $3,000 raise for every person.

According to Britton, one of the company’s greatest strengths is that the majority of its employees work together in the same facility, which fosters greater teamwork and creates a synergy that allows everyone to focus as a team.
