Security 101, a national provider of integrated security solutions, announced that it has acquired Blackhawk Security, a Honolulu-based electronic security integrator with a strong reputation for supporting high consequence environments and maintaining systems across the full lifecycle.

This transaction marks Security 101’s 17th strategic acquisition and underscores its commitment to expanding across Texas’s highest-growth markets.  

Eos Business Surveillance Solutions, LLC, is a Flint, Mich.-based security integration firm specializing in video surveillance, access control, and mobile surveillance trailer solutions.

According to the announcement, these franchisees have helped in strengthening Security 101’s footprint in two markets, enhancing its reputation as a national provider of security services.
