Ken Gould Consulting appointed Lew Walters as senior consultant. Known throughout the professional security community as a “security guru,” Walters brings over 55 years of experience to the firm.

Walters’ career is distinguished by deep involvement in both the manufacturing and monitoring sectors of the alarm industry. He has held pivotal roles including national sales manager, regional sales manager and product manager for several prominent organizations. His technical expertise is backed by a comprehensive understanding of UL requirements and NFPA regulations.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Walters has been a cornerstone of industry associations. He served as vice president and director for the New Jersey Alarm Association and played a foundational role in the Pennsylvania Alarm Association starting in 1977. He also collaborated with industry professionals to develop a uniform training program for Central Station Dispatchers, a curriculum that remains a standard in the field today.
