SOS Technologies, a company in accelerated emergency alert platforms, appointed Tony Bouvia as vice president of sales.

Bouvia brings more than three decades of experience helping technology companies grow through public sector, enterprise and partner-led sales. His deep background working with government, higher education, healthcare and other regulated industries will help accelerate SOS Technologies’ growth strategy as the company expands adoption of SOS Precision Response designed to close the critical 14 to 17-minute emergency response gap.

Prior to joining SOS Technologies, Bouvia spent nearly seven years at Ericsson/Cradlepoint driving growth across public sector, federal, enterprise and partner channels. Earlier in his career, he spent 18 years at Cisco in partner-facing technical leadership roles before moving into leading technical sales and managed services at a reseller partner.

Bouvia is also a 10-year United States Air Force Communications Specialist and Gulf War veteran.
