The “Secure-A-Door†contest was an exclusive promotion for ADI’s dealers in conjunction with IR Security & Safety that covered all IR products from Locknetics, Von Duprin, Recognition Systems, Schlage, LCN, and Kryptonite. Dealers received a point for each dollar spent on IR products between October 1, 2003, through March 12, 2004. Certain products, such as the new MagForce 40 and 70 Series magnetic locks, Cobra electronic locks, Recognition Systems biometric HandKey II hand geometry readers, Von Duprin 5100 strikes, LCN 1071 closers and complete door locking systems produced bonus points. For every 10,000 points accumulated, a dealer was given a chance for the final drawing.
