Bosch Security Systems’ IVMD 2.0 uses advanced video content analysis to detect moving objects while suppressing false alarms. Its algorithm adapts to changing lighting and environmental conditions to help detect and track objects under difficult conditions. An embedded intelligent video analysis capability, which runs on selected Bosch video encoders and IP cameras, allows cameras and encoders to detect idle and removed objects, as well as objects that remain within an area for a specific time. The IVMD 2.0 can be configured to detect only important moving objects in a scene and users can select the sensitive areas of an image.
