MSA Systems Integration, Inc., one of the top systems integrators in North America, has been acquired by MidCap Equity Partners in conjunction with management and industry leaders.

The deal is not an insignificant one for MidCap, which saw value in MSA’s revenues as well as the individuals involved in the transaction.

“We are very impressed with the company’s annual revenue growth rate of over 30 percent since 2009 and future opportunities the company has identified for continued growth,” Poppe added.
