The 2016 ISC East officially began today at 9:45 at the North Hall entrance of New York’s Jacob Javits Center. The West Point Band’s Field Music Group, The Hellcats, played under the direction of Master Sergeant John Manning, and Master Sergeant MaryKay Messenger sang the National Anthem while a crowd gathered at the opening of the convention hall.

Ed Several, senior vice president, Reed Exhibitions, welcomed everyone with a speech, introduced honored guests and talked about some of the highlights the show would be offering. He then presented SIA CEO Don Erickson with a plaque celebrating Erickson’s five years with SIA.
