Security ONE Alarm Systems, a regional electronic security and life safety company headquartered in Leamington, Ontario, has acquired customer accounts from R&T Security Services out of Chatham, Ontario. 

“Since 1998, R&T Security Services has been providing top notch customer service to a very loyal group of clients that we are proud to welcome to the Security ONE family,” said Chris Neumann, president and CEO for Security ONE. 

Security ONE is also bringing on the existing R&T technical team so local customers will continue to see the same friendly faces they have been accustomed to for many years. 

In a letter to customers, Frank de Jong, president of R&T Security Services, assured customers that “it was critical that we found a partner that aligns with our customer care values. Our combined organization will benefit greatly from Security ONE’s extensive security and monitoring expertise and will introduce a variety of new products and services.” 

R&T Security customers will now have access to the advanced automated and smart security solutions, monitored video surveillance, hosted access control and ULC fire & life safety solutions offered by Security ONE. R&T customers will also now have access to exclusive discounts and services from KELCOM, a sister company of Security ONE who is celebrating 50 years in business this year. 

The purchased accounts will be serviced out of Security ONE’s four locations in Leamington, Windsor, Chatham and London.
