Per Mar Security Service Acquires Martin Security Systems Inc. of Valparaiso, IN

Per Mar Security Services, a provider of total security solutions for residential and commercial clients based in Davenport, Iowa, announced today it has acquired Martin Security Systems Inc. based in Valparaiso, Ind.

Martin Security Systems Inc. was founded by Robert Martin in 1984. Robert Martin’s sons, Rich and Rob Martin, have joined the Per Mar team along with Jan Graves. Per Mar will continue to serve customers out of the Valparaiso location.

“Robert has built a great company and wonderful team,” said Per Mar Security Services Chief Operating Officer Brian Duffy. “We look forward to serving his loyal customers and expanding service offerings.”
