Open Options Launches Mobile Access Control App to Digitize Customer Support
Open Options, a provider of access control solutions, announced the Connect Care App to provide customers with technical capabilities and personalized services via their mobile device. The new app establishes a digital version of a shared customer support model. It addresses the evolving needs of mobile-first, on-the-go security professionals for direct, always-on access to comprehensive resources and rapid assistance.
The new Connect Care App is an extension to Open Options’ existing Connect Care support. The Connect Care program reaches across four areas – technical, support, platform support, professional services and training – all working together to equip customers with what they need when they need it.

The app offers another way for customers to directly access a team of experts for a quick resolution of challenges or issues. Designed specifically for system users of DNA Fusion, the app provides technical proficiency, education, documentation, personalized support services, media and live chat with Open Options on a smart device. This app is available at no cost for dealers, consultants and end-user customers to download and use on a daily basis.
