Over the years I’ve had to figure out ways to ensure I was getting information in order to make informed decisions.

Stepping into the role when integrators faced more headwinds than they had in decades meant we needed to quickly adapt to support our members through tough times.

This year I had the privilege of speaking at Security Industry Association’s The Advance, the association’s annual meeting, at ISC West 2022 in Las Vegas.

I was meeting with a colleague recently and they asked the question, “What’s the hardest part of your job?” My response was, “It’s lonely at the top.”
