I was watching this video, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qd96Jc1UWjA, on a “big box store,” a.k.a. Best Buy’s Geek Squad, approach to home automation. It brought a few wiry smiles to my face. How do your installations blow this out the water? I’m sure they do! Or in what ways are some of the challenges the same? Spiders crawling on your arms, anyone?
