Guest Blog: A Message From Select Security's Patrick Egan on Hurricane Harvey Efforts

Patrick Egan, founder and owner of Select Security, released the following statement regarding Hurricane Harvey victim relief and how you can help:

You’ve no doubt heard about and seen the devastation that Hurricane Harvey has caused the people of Texas and Louisiana. The storm is not over yet, and already people have lost their homes, businesses and communities.

If you’d like to help the victims of Hurricane Harvey, please consider donating to help support the efforts of First Response Team of America, a non-profit organization that works to fill the gap between the onset of a disaster and the arrival of traditional relief agencies, when too many communities must fend for themselves because the resources necessary for rescue and recovery equipment, tools and personnel are damaged, inaccessible or unavailable. I’ve personally served on their advisory board for several years, and can attest to the great work they do, and how reliant they are on public donations to continue their work.
