Allied Universal, a security and facility services company, has acquired Norred & Associates Inc. — an Atlanta-based full-service security firm. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

With revenues in excess of $36 million and more than 830 employees, Norred & Associates has been providing clients with a full range of security services encompassing manned guarding, investigations, pre-employment screening and security consulting.
