Pavion Expands in Northwest With REECE Complete Security Solutions Purchase
Pavion, a provider of integrated solutions for fire, safety, security and critical communications, acquired REECE Complete Security Solutions to expand its capacity in the Northwest region of the United States.
REECE is the 18th acquisition for Pavion, formerly Corbett Technology Solutions (CTSI), since partnering with Wind Point Partners in 2020. The transaction follows Pavion’s recent purchase of K&J Integrated Systems, located near Boston.
Established in 2008 and headquartered in Portland, Ore., REECE specializes in security integration services for the data center, utility, healthcare and education industry verticals.
