In an awards ceremony at California State University, Fullerton, Allied Universal Global Chairman and CEO Steve Jones received the 2024 Excellence in Executive Leadership Award from the university’s Giles-O’Malley Center for Leadership.

Under Jones’s leadership, Allied Universal said it has developed and implemented several cutting-edge technology platforms that have revolutionized the security industry, harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to automate certain aspects of recruitment and hiring, as well as the implementation of security strategies.

The Excellence in Executive Leadership award recognizes outstanding Orange County or Southern California executives who have demonstrated exemplary success in one or more of the following: community engagement, cultural change, growth, innovation and/or strategy, according to the announcement.
