IML Security (Island Master Locksmith) has appointed Matt Kostik to the position of senior project manager.

According to the announcement, Kostik brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the construction and glass industry and will have a particular focus on the company’s glass division. 

The glass and storefront division at IML Security delivers high-quality installations, repairs, and replacements for commercial glass systems, including all-glass doors, framed storefronts, and specialty projects designed to enhance functionality and aesthetics, the announcement states. 

In his new position, Kostik will reportedly oversee and manage project requirements for key client accounts, from bid specifications to blueprints to project completion. IML Security believes he brings a diverse background across multiple trades and a track record of leading and executing complex projects on time and within budget to the IML Security team. Known for his leadership and follow-through, IML Security said Kostik’s approach ensures no detail is overlooked — making him a trusted partner for any project.
