KEENFINITY Group Announces New Organizational Structure, Welcomes Hubertus Muehlhaeuser as Chairman

KEENFINITY Group, a company in security and communications technologies, is introducing a new organizational structure designed to unlock the next chapter of growth and innovation.
The group welcomed Hubertus Muehlhaeuser as chairman to guide the businesses into the future. Supporting CEO Peter Loeffler, Muehlhaeuser brings a wealth of experience and visionary foresight to guide the company’s continued success. With over 30 years in senior positions at multiple public and private companies, including roles as CEO of CNH Industrial and Welbilt, Muehlhaeuser is recognized for driving strategic transformation and growth.

As of January 1st, 2026, the KEENFINITY Group will operate as a holding consisting of four businesses. Alongside the businesses intrusion and access, video and audio, the introduction of electronics manufacturing services as the group’s fourth business marks an impactful expansion of Keenfinity’s offering. Loeffler will lead the Keenfinity Group, providing overarching strategic and operational guidance.
Each of the four businesses will be led by a dedicated CEO:
- Dave Pulling becomes new chairman of the intrusion and access business, which will continue to be led by industry veteran Gregor Schlechtriem as business CEO. Pulling is a seasoned technology executive, founder and inspirational leader with decades of experience in global security products. He is founding partner of DLP ventures, has founded and headed Qolsys, and held senior positions at Johnson Controls, Netxen and Broadcom.
- Sabrina Stainburn joined Keenfinity in September 2025 as the CEO of video systems business and will lead the future development of Bosch-branded, AI-enabled video systems and software solutions, with her customer-centric approach.
- David Hunter joined Keenfinity in July 2025 as CEO of audio business, adding his industry expertise to the business, which encompasses professional audio, conference, public address, and critical communication solutions of the prestigious brands Bosch, Dynacord, Electro-Voice, RTS, and Telex.
Leadership of the newly established EMS business will be announced in due time.
