Ken Kocher has joined DMP as the executive director of government solutions. He will provide exceptional service and support to DMP dealers regarding their government clients.

With over 40 years of experience in law enforcement and electronic security, Kocher has broad knowledge of security challenges and opportunities. He is passionate about leveraging the latest and most effective technology to help DMP dealers achieve their goals.

“Working in the manufacturing side of the industry is a new opportunity for me,” Kocher said. “DMP’s customer-driven mission aligns well with my career of providing security solutions for the unique needs of clients.”

Kocher is the founder and former president of Force Security Solutions, where he developed and led a team of consultants and implementation specialists who provided customized solutions for protecting people, assets, and property across different industries nationally and globally.

He also has multiple certifications and awards in security management, design, and installation. He’s the past committee chairman of the National Capitol Region Security Forum for the Security Industry Association and current board member for The Foundation for Advancing Security Talent, which helps students, job seekers, and career changers learn about the industry, build skills, and access real opportunities.
