Brinks Home, a smart home security company, launched BHX, a new recruiting and sales platform and program designed to attract, develop and empower the next generation of field sales professionals.
The launch of BHX marks a step forward in Brinks Home’s direct sales strategy, aligning modern recruiting methods, data-driven performance systems and a high-energy sales culture under one scalable platform. Backed by the Brinks Home brand, BHX is designed to create new pathways for sales reps to build wealth, independence and leadership in a fast-growing channel in the smart home security industry.
