Thomas Jensen Steps Down as CEO of Milestone

Milestone Systems announced changes in its executive management. The following changes are effective immediately:
- Thomas Jensen has stepped down from his CEO position.
- Jeppe Frandsen will be acting CEO.
- Seymour Liebman, executive vice president of Canon, will join the board as vice-chairman.
To further strengthen cohesion and collaboration across the organization, the board of directors has agreed to initiate a search for a successor for the position of CEO.
Frandsen brings over 25 years of international leadership experience and has served on the board of Milestone for more than 10 years as vice-chairman of the board. With deep insight and proven expertise with Milestone, Frandsen will ensure Milestone stays focused and executes its strategy.
Frandsen, who will not be considered for the permanent CEO position, will collaborate closely with the board to oversee the search for Milestone’s next CEO. He will, during his tenure as interim CEO, work closely with the leadership team to ensure continuity and accelerate momentum.
