Guardian Alarm Expands Memphis Commercial Presence with Acquisition of ESSC
Guardian Alarm, an independently owned security companies in the United States, acquired Electronic Security Specialists (ESSC), a Memphis-based provider of commercial security solutions.
The acquisition strengthens Guardian Alarm’s commercial footprint in the Memphis market and supports the company’s continued growth strategy across the Mid-South. ESSC has built a reputation for delivering comprehensive security and fire protection solutions for businesses and maintaining trusted relationships with local customers throughout Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas since 1987.
As part of the transition, ESSC will be integrated with Frase Protection, Guardian Alarm’s Memphis-based brand. The business will operate under the Frase name, providing customers with expanded resources, enhanced technology and a broader suite of security solutions.
