Orlando Emergency Signal Secures Financing With Alarm Financial Services

Orlando Emergency Signal (OES), based in Orlando, FL, has secured a new loan facility with security industry lender Alarm Financial Services (AFS). Terms of the financing were not disclosed. The line of credit will provide owner Marvin Smith with additional working capital to support growth initiatives and pursue potential acquisitions.
Smith has been running OES for close to twenty years. OES provides residential, commercial and personal emergency systems, as well as 24/7 monitoring. Looking to expand operations and sustain organic growth, Smith partnered with AFS to secure funding.
“Working with AFS, we gained more than just a financial partner, we gained a trusted relationship with someone who understands our industry and the value of RMR,” Smith said. “With this new line of credit, we can ensure continued organic growth."
Jim Wooster, president, AFS, said, “Marvin has a clear vision, and his team has done a great job building OES over the last several years. We are excited to help them continue achieving their growth goals.”
Smith added, “Access to capital also positions OES for acquisitions of other area security companies, which we anticipate in the coming months and years.”
