Stone Security Launches StoneConnect to Unify Security Systems Into a Single Ecosystem

Stone Security, a BearCom company, launched StoneConnect, a portfolio of field-proven integrations designed to unify video, access control, two-way radios, storage, cloud, alert systems, mobile assets and identity systems into a single, cohesive security ecosystem.
The company hosted a gathering for partners and customers at its Vegas location during ISC West 2026, presenting its new ecosystem of unified solutions spanning access control, HR and more.
“One thing I have learned in this industry is that everybody always knows exactly how the system should be built until it’s their problem to actually make it all work together,” said Andy Schreyer, vice president of technology, Stone Security, at the gathering. “That’s really what led us to think how we wanted to approach this.”
The StoneConnect portfolio represents a guiding philosophy: security systems should not operate in silos, but in sync. Available with platforms such as Milestone XProtect, LenelS2 OnGuard, NetBox and others, StoneConnect is designed to transform fragmented technologies into coordinated operational response. The portfolio includes:
CareConnect, integrating wearable and fixed panic buttons directly with radios and video. “CareConnect is about solving one of the more intense problems in security what happens in the first few seconds of an emergency,” Schreyer said. “CareConnect doesn’t just send a generic alert, it activates a dynamic response which is based on our own protocol, and this is delivering a real time message identifying which panic was pressed in the location and that’s over the LMR radios.”
MobileConnect, bringing vehicles into the security environment through secure cloud connectivity. “School buses and transit vehicles, cash collection trucks; these are environments where video is constantly in motion, often managed in completely separate systems. We’ve been able to do is bridge that gap,” Schreyer said. “MobileConnect integrates modern mobile accessible video into enterprise video systems. Whether something is fixed or moving, it all shows up in the same place.”
HRConnect, synchronizing HR and LDAP systems with access control. “Critical employee data already exists in both HR systems and access control systems. The problem is it doesn’t always translate one to the other into immediate action,” Schreyer said. “If HR relies on a manual process, you’re stuck hoping nothing gets missed. But we’re creating a direct link between an HR system and a security system. HR Connect ensures new employee data automatically populates the access control fields and vice versa, and removes access incident when HR events required.”
LMRConnect, broadcasting critical video and access events over two-way radios. “People can’t really watch everything. LMRConnect changes that by connecting the security system directly to the radio network, giving our cameras and access control events a voice,” Schreyer said. “Instead of important events sitting silently in a system, they’re broadcast instantly to the people who need to hear them. … We can use dynamic messaging; instead of a generic alert, the system automatically delivers a clear real time radio message that’s tied to the exact door, the exact camera, or the area involved.”

StorageConnect, purpose-built surveillance storage for on-premises, cloud and hybrid deployments. “Storage can be tricky, and it’s really important to get it right. It’s the heart of our video systems and our access control systems and there are way too many styles of storage. StorageConnect is how we engineer it,” Schreyer said. “From the start, we’re balancing live read, write requirements, archive analytics, future growth, but keeping our customers ready for whatever their strategy is going to be in the next however many months until they change.”
AccessConnect, integrating access control systems with video for context-rich investigations. “At the end user level, AccessConnect is taking the good work that our partners ... have developed together, ensuring a more uniform implementation,” Schreyer said. “The customers we’ve already implemented this for are taking advantage of the combined solution in so many unique ways.”
Each integration is engineered, tested and refined through real-world deployments across data centers, healthcare, distribution and logistics, education, utilities, municipalities and critical infrastructure and petrochemical environments.
With StoneConnect, alerts trigger coordinated action, identity changes update automatically and door events surface video instantly. Two-way radios communicate what cameras capture, vehicles become part of the security perimeter and storage performs precisely as surveillance demands.
