New Enhancements for March Networks Dealers and Integrators

March Networks Customer Service opened the doors of its new training facility earlier this year. The facility complements a new online technical certification portal.

March Networks (Ottawa, Ontario) resellers, systems integrators, and distributors now can remotely upgrade their technical certification on new release features (excluding major releases) using a new online technical certification portal.

Designed to help dealers and integrators reduce the time and expense usually required to maintain certification levels, March Networks launched the online portal in January. It is available to all Certified Solution Providers (CSPs) via the March Networks extranet and currently includes all required tutorials and self-testing for DVR Management Tools Release 3.6 and DVR systems.

The user-friendly tutorials, which include step-by-step instructions and movies, allow students to move through course materials at their own pace. Upon completion of each course, students then can take a mastery test and receive results automatically to confirm that they have achieved certification.
