From Servision, the full-featured, four-channel, stand-alone mobile DVR combines recording and real-time video/audio streaming, integrated GPS, dry contacts, power for cameras and RS232/485 control. The IVG-400 is a fully encrypted, Linux-based DVR with no fans, and high shock and vibration resistance. Pressing the panic button sends alarm video stream over GPRS/CDMA/3G or an Ethernet network. Data can be downloaded over Wi-Fi. The average video rate is 15 fps and video can be viewed on a PC, cell phone or PDA. Servision
