Integral Technologies Inc., Indianapolis, a provider of scalable IT security solutions, appointed Ramon Grado to director of international business development. Grado brings more than 15 years of expertise in global business development as well as vast experience in the Latin and South America region building Integral’s market share to the position.

As part of his new responsibilities, Grado will spearhead the company’s revenue growth of digital video monitoring systems and electronic access control systems in the following regions: Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific Rim, and Latin and South America.

In other company news, Integral Technologies announced the winners of the company’s “Top Gun” awards. Integral defines its Top Guns as sales professionals who serve as company role models and who meet or exceed their sales revenue goals for the year. “Top Guns also must exemplify a customer-centric attitude and solutions-oriented approach to the security business,” stated Integral’s vice president of sales and marketing Mark Nazarenus. “Top Guns are strong leaders that not only help Integral grow, but they also play a key role in our dealers’ and end-users’ success.”

Mike Riegelman, national accounts sales manager; Roy Park, regional sales manager, Canada; and Joshua Jackson, sales engineer, Northeast U.S., were winners of the awards. In addition, Guy Ehlers, recipient of the Top Gun award in 2006, was presented with an Excellence in Service Award. This award is earned by going above the call of duty to find opportunities to improve customer service and by being recognized by the end-user or dealer for outstanding service. Ehlers is a sales engineer in the Central U.S. region.
