The integrated digital panel from Pacom Systems combines the capabilities of an alarm panel, an access control panel and a card reader interface into one device. The unit provides eight on-board zones, five outputs, supports 256 cardholders, daily opening and closing schedules, and also offers four-door access control capability. It supports wireless and is programmable from an LCD keypad and Pacom’s Windows-based software making it suitable for commercial and financial applications. The PX8 can support up to 32 wired or wireless zones that can be grouped into four areas. Each area can be independently controlled by the customer and the status displayed on a keypad. PX8 has an on-board modem to communicate alarms to a central station and operates in a common format. PX8 also supports up to 256 cardholders and four card readers.
