Sielox, Runnemede, N.J., formerly Checkpoint Systems Access Control Products and now a subsidiary of L Q Corp., announced a sales partnership with Sonitrol Corp., Berwyn, Pa., a verified electronic security provider. The new marketing agreement between the two companies allows Sonitrol to brand and sell Sielox’s Pinnacle Access Control Solution. Sonitrol will direct its sales and marketing efforts for Pinnacle to enterprise-level customers who want to manage their own access control security program.

“Our agreement with Sonitrol reflects the type of new business opportunity we will continue to pursue as the new Sielox,” said Karen Evans, president and general manager of Sielox. “We will capitalize on the core strengths of our sales partners and our organization to collectively penetrate new vertical markets and to enhance our access control solutions with the features and functionality best suited for these markets’ specific needs.”

Pinnacle is Sielox’s event management system. Pinnacle 5.0 gives users control over their company’s security, whether for a small office or a building campus with multiple access security points. The Pinnacle suite includes an e-mail report scheduler, alarm notification on start-up, a parity check configuration option for error detection, additional content in the Help-About screen, and an automatic reconnect feature should a network connection be lost.
