The Pro Series DVR from Clinton Electronics records up to 240 fps and features a proprietary compression method that compresses video to as low as 1.2 KB per single image frame. This combination of size and strength produces quality video images in both the playback and remote viewing modes, the company says. The Linux-based Pro Series is available in 4, 8, and 16 channel configurations. Users can download video via a built-in CDRW, a USB memory stick or direct to a computer hard drive through the remote software. Users can also program resolution, fps and recording mode by camera. The Pro Series comes standard with 300GB HDD, CDRW, remote control and free remote software.
