National Security Systems Inc. announced today that it reached an agreement to acquire ACEKA Protection Services for an undisclosed amount. Ken Greenlee, founder of ACEKA Protection Services, is retiring from the industry. ACEKA Protection Services has more than 400 accounts.

           
The acquisition is expected to expand the services offered by both companies and bring greater support and resources to their customers. The combined experience of the two companies is more than 40 years.

We have a very strong customer base and a wide variety of products and services to offer our customers, so at this time we are looking to expand our customer base through acquisitions.”
