Honeywell Adds 6 Dealers to Service Certification Program

Honeywell announced the certification of six dealers to the Honeywell Integrated Security (HIS) Dealer Service Certification program, which recognizes security dealers and integrators for providing exceptional service in helping their customers reap the benefits of integrated security systems. 

 

The goal of the program is to achieve and maintain the highest level of dealer and end user satisfaction for security installations and service. It sets service requirements for dealers who wish to attain service certification and measures their performance. Dealers can achieve Platinum, Gold or Silver level designations.

 

 “We developed the HIS Dealer Service Certification program because we recognize that successful dealers deliver high-quality service to help them improve customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty,” said Gene Iannaccone, program director, Honeywell Systems. “By emphasizing great service, these dealers differentiate themselves from the competition and create value for their customers.”

 

The six dealers recently added to the program include:

 

North American Video, Pine Brook, N.J., was recognized at the Platinum level. The company delivers integrated security solutions in markets including gaming, education, corporate campuses, multi-family housing, transportation, critical infrastructure, government, healthcare, financial and retail.

 

Security Corporation, Novi, Mich., also recognized as a Platinum dealer, has been solving the security and protection needs of its customers for more than 30 years, seeking out robust, cutting-edge security components and software. The company has financial and commercial customers in Michigan, Ohio and Florida.

           

Security 101, Pompano Beach, Fla., a low-voltage electronic contractor specializing in integrated security systems, was recognized at the Gold level. The company provides security solutions including access control, CCTV systems, fire and alarm systems, and enterprise systems for commercial customers.

 

Preferred Technologies Inc., Houston, Texas, was recognized at the Gold level. The company offers structured cabling, electronic security, and wireless networking solutions and strives to deliver unsurpassed customer service.

 

Integrated Security Holdings Group, Marlton, N.J., recognized at the Gold level, is an advisor to its national and multi-national client base. The company’s purpose is to offer a unique portfolio of services and an approach to managing deployments for customers that assures consistency and high standards, while providing centralized help desk functions and tracking anywhere in the world.

 

Williams Electronics, Angola, Ind., was recognized at the Silver level. The company’s goal is to continuously find new technologies to enhance the communication and security of their customers.
