Speco Technologies’ new high-definition DVR complements the company’s HDcctv™ camera lineup. High definition is great for viewing details such as a person’s face, reading a license plate or using a single camera to cover a large area, Speco described. The user gets high-speed digital video over coax cable with no compression or bandwidth issues. The DVR4HD is a new generation of digital video recorder with HD quality both live and in recorded video. Now available with four channels, the HD DVR features: 720p high-definition recording; recording rate up to 120 fps with real-time live display; and HDD sizes available from 1TB to 8TB. Speco Technologies HDcctv™ cameras deliver megapixel quality video with exceptional resolution and color reproduction, the manufacturer said. Weatherproof protection heaters, blowers, IR lighting for day/night operation and a variety of mounting options are available.
