Fidelity National Financial Inc. (FNF), a title insurance company, announced the availability of the LEED Project Certification Data Report for LEED certified properties in the United States and abroad.

The LEED Project Certification Data Report will be issued at the request of owners, lenders, buyers, tenants, attorneys, appraisers and other stakeholders of certain commercial properties that are certified under USGBC's LEED Green Building Rating System by the Green Building Certification Institute. Jeff Howell, Esq., a LEED Accredited Professional and Fidelity National Financial's National Director of Sustainable Products stated that, "The three key components of our report will confirm certification of projects under LEED that the project points earned towards LEED certification were awarded by the Green Building Certification Institute, and that there is no registered challenge to the certification. This is not currently available from a single source or as a defensible item for the LEED due diligence process."
