Toshinaer announced its N42 42-in. and N52 52-in. LCD screens, and the N60 60-in. LED screen. The screens are for outdoor applications. There is a photo cell in each unit so that when the sun hits the units, it brightens up the LCD and when it is dark, it automatically dims down the LCD for the proper amount of light. A powder-coated military-grade aluminum endures the elements, including rain, snow, humidity, dry heat and freezing temperatures, according to the company. The N60 is a full back-lit outdoor LED (2000 nit) model. Additional specifications of the HDTVs include full 1080 p high-definition resolution, marine-grade speakers, thermostat-controlled internal cooling system and specially coated internal components to protect from moisture. Toshinaer outdoor weatherproof LCD HDTVs are idea for commercial applications such as amusement parks, concert venues, race tracks, sports arenas/stadiums, outdoor exhibitions, restaurants, bars and hotels.
