Panasonic Announced Authorized Reseller Program

Panasonic recently announced its new Panasonic Authorized Reseller Program, which was created with the goal of providing loyal and high-performing resellers of the company’s portfolio of B2B solutions with a competitive advantage.

As Panasonic’s first comprehensive, cross-product-category program, the Authorized Reseller Program creates an alignment between the company’s sales force and its channel community, provides a consistent program experience for all authorized reseller programs and offers valuable incentives relevant to each type of partner, product and addressable market, the company says. Additionally, the program is intended to help promote top-performing resellers to the end user market.

“Built to support our sales strategy, our new Authorized Reseller Program will offer participating resellers potential access to all Panasonic B2B technologies under a consistent set of terms and conditions,” said Bill Brennan, senior director, channel sales – resellers, for Panasonic System Communications Company. “The new program will offer our partners greater program consistency, access to new solutions and more in-house channel resources. These core program elements will give our partners what they need to grow their business and equip their customers with a technology solution for nearly any application.”

As the program rolls out over the coming months, resellers will be able to take advantage of new benefits, including a new partner portal that will contain all technology, solutions and program information across Panasonic System Communications Company of North America’s product portfolio. Additionally, resellers will achieve medal levels, which will qualify them for unique marketing opportunities. A reseller’s medal level will equate to positioning, requirements and incentives. Resellers will also benefit from consolidated operations and greater cross-product support from a single Panasonic B2B company, which will help them sell technologies and solutions, the company said.

Panasonic System Communications Company of North America is a new B2B solutions company formed through an organizational change Panasonic underwent in April of this year. The new company’s portfolio includes unified business communications, mobile computing, security and surveillance, retail point-of-sale, office productivity, high-definition visual conferencing, visual communications and HD and 3-D production.
